Gi - When you are in knee shield, pin bottom leg with knee and grab pant leg of bottom leg, stand up pinching leg with knees. Make a little jump to the side as you stand replacing one foot with the other. Make space to get other hand on opponents hip. Can go to knee slide or to leg weave.
NoGi - Russian arm drag, as you turn your opponent forward, step into opponent to Uchi Mata like throw. Lift your leg to lift opponent leg and pull arm across body to takedown.
