Takedowns -Submissions From Guard


Kids - Single Leg Takedown - Get in for single leg by batting opponents hands down and out. Grab leg and get foot tight in armpit. (RH foot, RH armpit, for example.) Other hand cups knee from top and rotate towards cupped knee.
Hip Bump - From guard, grab opponents collar and use your feet to break posture. When opponent tries to posture up, go with them and hip bump. If they post on arm, reach across to sweep out their arm for mount or grab wrist and go over shoulder for kimura.
Adult - From Guard - Use legs to pull opponent forward as you grab opponents elbow (two on one). Can go to omoplata or if opponents straightens out arm capture wrist in neck and go to armbar.
