Knee Shield - Float Pass - Takedowns


Knee Shield - Toe hold from knee shield.
Stand up into command center (staple shin) and put head to mat. Clear foot over stapled shin to outside for base. Use other leg to pummel over opponents other leg and float pass to side control
Takedowns - Get opponent off balance - Get underhook and grab belt to Uchi Mata.
Uchi Mata - Grip opponents sleeve with one hand and second hand grips belt in the back. Extend your leg upward between opponent's legs, targeting the inner thigh. This leg acts as a sweeping or lifting mechanism. In a lifting and twisting motion, using the momentum and leverage to throw opponent over your hip.
Failed Uchi Mata to trip.
If opponent gets underhook, go to whizzer, and grab kimura grip to shoulder lock. Step in front and drop as you pull opponent down.
Ogoshi - Similar to Uchi Mata but opponent is thrown over hip instead of off balancing with leg lift.
Scorpion Death Lock - From North South scoop arm and sit through with arm in your hip. Step over with near leg to trap opponents leg. Hip in for shoulder lock.
