Hip Bump - Kimura - Single & Double Leg Takedowns


Kids - From Guard - Break opponents posture and reach over head to grab belt. As opponent postures up, ride up with them and then hip bump. Get mount then go to cross collar choke, americana, armbar, triangle, ... If opponent posts on hand, capture wrist and come over arm to go to Kimura.
Adult - Single leg and double leg takedowns
From Guard - Break opponents posture and reach over head to grab belt. As opponent postures up, ride up with them and then hip bump. If opponent posts on hand, capture wrist and come over arm to go to kimura. If opponent does not sit up, bring hooks down into opponents legs and extend them away. Underhook the close arm and butterfly the opposite leg to sweep them over. Keep the Americana but get to side control.
