Knee Shield - Gi - Apex


From Knee Shield - Straighten your leg and replace it with your arm. Use your top leg to scoop up your opponents trapped leg and get up to your knees.
If your opponent has a week whizzer or their arm is across your back, limp arm your arm and bring it around to your opponents back. Take Back.
If the whizzer is tight, knee pick the far knee and take the back.
If you can't get the knee pick, slide in and dive under to scoop up far leg and take your opponent in the opposite direction for a sweep.
