Triangle - Omoplata - Anaconda - Apex


Gi - When in opponents guard: If they try to cross collar choke you, use one arm to stop their second grip and use your second arm to lift their gripping arm so you can duck under it and unwrap the collar grip. If they go for an armbar, you can stack them and get your arm free. Make sure you block their leg to prevent a triangle. If they stuff your arm and go for an omoplata, you can jump over their body to unwrap it. If they stop you from jumping over, dive your free hand under your body and a small roll to unwrap the omoplata.
NoGi - From clinch, holding opponents wrist. Get opponent off balance so they step forward. Go for single leg takedown. Stay low to avoid the guillotine then reach across to bring opponents knees together for takedown. I opponent steps their foot away, grab the other leg (from the inside) and come around their back for a double leg taketown.
From the clinch, you can get your opponent off balance and snap down so they go to turtle. Finish with an anaconda. (Arm comes in from neck side to armpit side.) Clinch up the choke as you roll underneath.
