Guard - Lasso Guard - Single Leg Takedown


When in guard use arms and legs to control opponent.
If opponent reaches for collar, trap arm and go to armbar.
As you bring opponent forward, if they reach to the side on mat, scoop opponents arm and switch hips to shoulder lock. There could be a kimura as well.
If you get a good collar grip and opponent is low there is a loop choke.
If opponent steps up, use legs to bring opponent forward and arm drag their arm across chest. Go to back or pendulum sweep to mount.
If opponents hops up to feet, holding sleeve grips with arms on inside of legs and feet on hips, bring knee forward to armbar, or bring your leg around to lasso. Flare out lasso side knee and push with foot on other hip to sweep.
If opponent steps up on lasso side, bring your leg around the outside of opponents leg and use foot on hip to sweep.
If opponent steps up on opposite side, butterfly leg for sweep.
If opponent stands up, go to balloon sweep, land on top for submissions.
Grab opponents arm and stuff it across body, baseball slide to leg, turn corner and come back up for takedown.
