Knee Shield - Float Pass


Knee Shield - From knee shield, stretch your body out to make space and keep opponent from cross facing you. Keep knee shield strong at all times. Straighten knee shield and replace with arm to get underhook. Switch legs to trap opponents leg and wrestle up to knees. Reach to far knee pick and take opponent back. If opponent whizzers hard, dive underneath and take them over you.
From knee shield - Grab bottom leg and step up and steer opponent to opposite side. Tip forward with hands on the mat and use your leg to untangle opponents leg for Float Pass. Can also go to leg weave and then full mount.
